Ski Property Analysts (SPA) is a division of The Hirsh Group - a leading appraisal and consulting firm specializing in special use recreational properties such as ski, golf, aviation and marina properties. Laurence A. Hirsh, CRE, MAI established the firm in 1980.

In the mid 1980's, Hirsh recognized the fact that recreational properties involve a highly unique use of real estate. Due to the limited number of special use recreational properties relative to other more common real estate uses such as warehouses, apartment buildings and hotels, special use recreational properties were, and to a large degree are still are miss-understood. As a result of focusing primarily on special use recreational properties for more than 20 years, our firm is uniquely experienced and qualified to assist you in solving your real estate related challenges.
